Hong Kong’s View 62 offers Michelin star catering

View 62 by Paco Roncero, Honk Kong’s luxurious revolving restaurant, has set a new standard for dining in the city after launching the “Paco Roncero Catering” experience. The new gastronomic concept will see two-Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero offer bespoke dining experiences away from his sky-high restaurant in Hong Kong.

What sets the new dining experience apart from a regular meal at Hong Kong’s only revolving restaurant is the opportunity to enjoy a tailor made menu, offering a bespoke service that is truly unique to the client on holiday in Hong Kong. The aim of the new catering service is for customers and their guests hosting any kind of event, from a wedding to a corporate event or even a dinner for two, to be able to enjoy the food of Chef Roncero at any location they choose around the city.

"I am very excited to bring Paco Roncero Catering to Hong Kong, and to raise the bar in catering excellence through our unique events," said Chef Roncero. "We respect profoundly our traditional cuisine, starting from its main exponent, its raw materials, and we innovate to enhance flavour through unique experiences.

“Our catering menus and events are an incarnation of this philosophy and we work closely with our clients to create an original, unique and personalised event unlike any other," added the two-Michelin-starred chef.
