UK research firm Skytrax has awarded Air Canada a four-star ranking, making the airline the only international carrier in North America to receive the well respected status. The coveted rating is awarded to airlines that pass a detailed quality analysis conducted by Skytrax.
Air Canada was tested on onboard product, airport product and service delivery and as a result has received the four-star ranking, a rating that is seen as an airline industry benchmark. It is not the first award the airline has received - in 2012 the airline received a number of other awards including “Best International Airline in North America” for the third year in a row, in a worldwide survey take by Skytrax.
Global Traveller also named Air Canada “Best Airline in North America”as did the readers of Business Traveller, naming the airline the "Best North American Airline for International Travel". Business Traveller also awarded Air Canada the title for "Best In-Flight Services in North America."

Air Canada currently flies to more than 175 destination worldwide and is Canada’s largest domestic and international airline.
